Australia and Pakistan to meet at Canberra for the 2nd T20I

The 1st T20I between Australia and Pakistan was washed out due to the rain and it took a chance from Australia to make a lead of 1-0 in the three-match series. The Australians team has come after defeating Sri Lanka by 3-0 and Pakistan team is having a clash with the Aussies after they were whitewashed by Sri Lanka at their home.

It was just a game of a few minutes in the 1st T20I but the rain god was not with the Aussies and hence Pakistan team bid lucky. The Australian openers are in outstanding form and for them, the target of 119 after the DLS method was just a cup of tea. Aaron Finch led the side along with David Warner to open the innings and Finch along with the spectator also made David Warner a mere spectator as he smashed 37 runs off 16 balls. The score of Australia was 41/0 in 3.1 overs where David Warner was playing at only 2 (4). The match then never started and the match ended in No result.

The next clash will be at the Capital city of Australia at the Manuka Oval, Canberra. Both the teams will try hard to take a lead. But how Australians have dominated over Sri Lanka at their home might worry Pakistan. If we look at the previous T20I record between Australia and Pakistan the stats looks like this:

AUS vs PAK Total Matches: 20

Australia Won: 7

Pakistan Won: 13

Now it will be going to be interesting to see how this stats will end after the series is finished.
